After a successful NetSuite implementation, Redcat Racing sought a solution to track inventory within their warehouse and import data from NetSuite to their shipping solution. In 2018, NewAir decided to review their homegrown system and focus on gaining better inventory visibility, as well as the departmental visibility that comes with integrating one Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. NetSuite was chosen as their ERP, and NewAir went live in February 2019. As part of the project, several SuiteApp solutions were evaluated to provide a warehouse barcoding solution to make inventory more accurate. The main issue was that every time they needed more information, they would be told they needed more training, which would be costly.

PSP Limited, an importer and supplier of architectural and building products in New Zealand, faced significant challenges in managing their inventory across six warehouses and a product range exceeding 3,000 items. The company needed to improve inventory visibility and accuracy to prevent mispicks and incorrect orders, which were common due to the manual processes in place. The solution had to meet strict e-commerce success criteria, including short response times, effortless return handling, and the elimination of human errors. However, their existing manual distribution center could no longer keep up with the growing business demands. The company needed to optimize their order fulfilment process to handle a wide range of product sizes and orders, from single items to fully loaded pallets, with expectations of overnight or even same-day delivery.

The Michelin Nordic distribution center in Kungälv, Sweden, faced significant challenges due to outdated equipment that could not handle the increased volume and rapid goods-flows during peak seasons. The old cranes in ICA's central warehouse were 25 years old and needed to be replaced quickly during the off-peak season without affecting delivery service to stores. The challenge was to replace the old cranes and put the new cranes in operation in seven weeks. ICA sent an inquiry to four players and chose Swisslog due to their good relations and proven track record in the Nordic region. The project was planned, designed, and procured about a year before the actual replacement took place, involving a team of five to six people working full-time and another 25 people involved in different aspects of the work.
