To meet this challenge, Milano implemented various modules from the SoftExpert Excellence Suite, a platform for management excellence, process improvement, and regulatory compliance. The suite is composed of 38 integrated modules, including Document Form, Problem Workflow, Performance Process, Action Plan Request, Analytics, and Risk.
