The platform needed a robust solution to handle content summarization, moderation, and verification tasks efficiently. Additionally, the need to filter out bogus information and augment data to enhance user experience was paramount. To address the challenges faced by Glassdoor, Samasource provided a dedicated team of 30 agents who specialize in content summarization and moderation. These agents were trained to use HTML, XML, and xPath languages, as well as developer console tools, to perform various tasks. The tasks included content formatting, monitoring fraudulent activity, filtering bogus information, and data verification and augmentation. Project Managers from Samasource provided training instructions, designed task workflows, and monitored production to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, Samasource supported Glassdoor in developing new training materials for their Content and Community Assurance (CCA) teams.
