The Challenge
TNT faced the challenge of automating the control required during all phases of Integrated Management System (IMS) administration. The company needed a solution that could facilitate the maintenance of its ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:1999 certifications. The goal was to streamline the process management, ensure all employees had access to the most recent document versions, and facilitate the opening and tracking of non-conformities until their resolution. The Solution
