The solution involved using the RetailNext API to extract raw event data analytics from the platform. The FPA data tracks the customer's path throughout the arcade center from entry to exit. Ridgelinez analyzed the FPA traversal zone to zone information every hour, determining which gaming machines customers interacted with and in what order. This data helped optimize the layout of machines within the arcade center's floor plan. By aggregating data from FPA Tracks, FPA Traversal zones, and the in-house POS, the client could maximize revenue and make precise strategic decisions.
