SYSPRO CRM and the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) module have been instrumental in organizing customer records and reducing product return ratios. Additionally, Dynojet plans to install SYSPRO Forecasting to better align inventory levels and achieve cost savings by ordering parts from other countries.
