Centurion Europe faced significant challenges with their aging business management system, which was impacting their ability to maintain high customer service levels. The system's limitations included the inability to handle multiple bins within single storage locations, manage incoming stock effectively, and automatically allocate components for sub-assemblies. These issues led to a growing amount of time spent correcting and updating data, decreasing trust in data accuracy, and inefficiencies in generating meaningful reports. The company recognized the need for a modern, fully integrated ERP system to streamline their processes and improve overall efficiency.

Centurion Europe implemented WinMan ERP from SSL WinMan to address their business management challenges. The project began in February 2007, with a comprehensive internal team working closely with SSL WinMan to review and optimize every business process. The implementation included setting up incoming stock control mechanisms, cleansing, and transferring data held outside the system. The new ERP system provided a reliable, real-time solution that improved data accuracy, streamlined order processing, and enhanced overall efficiency. The WinMan ERP system also enabled the company to generate meaningful reports, manage stock levels, and track sales performance effectively.

Moxa was asked to provide a connectivity solution for one of the world's leading cosmetics companies. This multinational corporation, with retail presence in 130 countries, 23 global braches, and over 66,000 employees, sought to improve the efficiency of their production process by migrating from manual monitoring to an automatic productivity monitoring system.
