Serious Integrated designs integrated circuit boards, which are then contract manufactured and shipped back to Arizona for final assembly and software integration. The company has been using QuickBooks, MISys, and Salesforce to manage its operations but faced challenges due to the lack of integration between these systems.

The cloud-based nature of the solution eliminated the need for additional server infrastructure and maintenance, allowing for anytime, anywhere access to critical business information.
