The client required efficient management of 7,500 annual truckload shipments, including 1,300 multi-stop shipments and 2,700 shuttle movements. Additionally, the client needed to ensure compliance with the Food Safety Modernization Act and manage freight claims throughout the supply chain process. The goal was to optimize transfer movements, consolidate costs, and improve overall supply chain efficiency while maintaining high safety and service standards.
