Roper Pump selected Arctic Wolf’s SOC-as-a-Service featuring Managed Detection and Response (MDR) to address its cybersecurity challenges. The solution was initially deployed in early 2017 across Roper Pump's on-premises environment and later extended to its AWS deployment. Arctic Wolf's MDR offering provided comprehensive monitoring and compliance capabilities, including visibility into administrative accounts and previously unwatched activities. The service also included regular review meetings with Arctic Wolf's Concierge Security Team to improve Roper Pump's security posture. Arctic Wolf monitors the AWS environment, including Amazon EC2 instances and S3 storage buckets, ensuring everything is properly configured, locked down, and monitored on an ongoing basis. The MDR service also helps contain threats on endpoints, making the IT team more efficient and effective.
