Pizza Hut, a subsidiary of the Yum! Brands group, is comprised of over 14,000 restaurants. They restaurants employe more than 250,000 people who prepare, serve and deliver pizza every day. Pizza Hut has a significant presence in Europe with 1,400 restaurants across 29 countries, including: Germany, Poland, Spain and Portugal.

Pizza Hut is a well-known brand worldwide, however, to ensure they maintained their brand presence online they needed to improve their indexing and positioning within local search results. To combat poor performance in search engines the brand initiated a project to redesign its websites including the standardization and optimization of pages dedicated to each restaurant location.

Pizza Hut restaurants across multiple European countries implemented the BRIDGE Store Locator to acquire and engage local customers. Beginning with Poland — launched in July 2016 — the solution allows each Pizza Hut restaurant to have its own SEO optimized Local Page. These Local Pages appear within the top search engine results when visitors are looking for information about a nearby pizza restaurant. Content within each Local Page is adapted for every restaurant and includes: the restaurant address, contact information, a map, opening hours and more. Visitors are also able to view the services available at the restaurant such as delivery, dine in or take away. By adding calls to action — reserve a table, order delivery and order take away — within the Store Locator and Local Pages, Pizza Hut has provided a seamless and engaging customer journey across the different digital conversion tools.
