The solution has demonstrated its value and sturdiness in a project carried out on behalf of Luxembourg’s European presidency in 2005, where it had to support a particularly stringent SLA. The solution was able to provide consolidated control of systems, redundancy, and virtualization. P&T Luxembourg also appreciates Check Point for its meticulous updates to cope with new threats and the integration of new technologies. The company has found Check Point's management system to be cohesive and efficient, which is crucial as not all companies have in-house IT experts capable of monitoring and controlling everything. The solution has also allowed P&T Luxembourg to provide new services, such as adding SSL VPN for mobile users, bringing the concept of constant secure connectivity to GSM, UMTS, and WiFi.
