Nybll, a health-centered food service company, was facing challenges in ensuring the safety of their drivers and tracking their vehicles in real-time. The company operates in the busy roads of San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles, and prompt arrivals are a crucial part of their business. They were using T-Mobile’s SyncUP FLEET for tracking driver behavior and vehicle location, but it lacked integration with a video camera. This became a significant issue when one of their vehicles was involved in a collision with a motorcyclist on a busy highway. Without video proof, the company could have faced a personal injury lawsuit.

Nybll decided to switch from T-Mobile’s SyncUP FLEET to KeepTruckin’s Smart Dashcam. The Smart Dashcam was installed in all 15 of their food delivery vehicles. This solution not only ensured the safety of their drivers but also allowed them to track the location of their drivers in real-time. The Smart Dashcam provided video proof of a collision incident involving one of Nybll's vehicles and a motorcyclist, which potentially saved the company from a costly personal injury lawsuit.
