The company helps content creators connect directly with their fans by building secure online stores, warehousing inventory, and shipping orders. Amplifier also offers an integrated print-on-demand engine that allows clients to offer customizable merchandise like calendars, cards, and posters. The company's mission is to enhance the order fulfillment experience, boosting the signal of their clients without adding noise about themselves.

Amplifier wanted better visibility, scale, and extensibility from its inventory and order fulfillment processes. When Amplifier first launched its business in 2001, it relied on a traditional catalog order fulfillment software package to manage the distribution of client inventory. However, the software couldn't keep pace as the company grew. Importing order data could take an entire day, and the physical order fulfillment capabilities were maxed out. Amplifier's operations were constrained, and they needed a solution that could handle more than 10,000 shipments in a single day.

Amplifier needed to integrate supply chain processes to manage rapid growth and began searching for a solution that would help identify areas of opportunity and revenue growth, improve operations, and deliver a higher level of service to its clients. After evaluating approximately 20 companies and narrowing it down to five, Amplifier selected Manhattan SCALE to update its warehouse technology system. The phased-in approach during the implementation process allowed Manhattan's team to easily integrate Amplifier's current processes with the solution's capabilities. The solution was flexible, responsive, and adaptable to the ever-changing environment of the Internet.
