AccentCare, a national leader in home healthcare services, faced significant challenges in their recruiting efforts. The company needed an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that could support their rapid growth, help fill hard-to-fill positions, and support customized workflows. Additionally, they required strong analytics to measure and improve their recruiting processes. Their previous system was not customizable and followed a 'one size fits all' approach, which did not meet their specific needs. AccentCare also needed a system that could enhance their brand awareness and provide an easy-to-use interface for candidates.

AccentCare partnered with Jobvite to implement a full suite of Jobvite products, including Jobvite Brand and Jobvite Engage. The first step was to create a new career website with Jobvite Brand, which significantly improved the candidate experience and engagement. The Jobvite Brand support team helped AccentCare build a career site that reflected their vision and shared best practices. Next, AccentCare utilized Jobvite Engage to drive candidates to open positions through ads, social media, and creative campaigns, maximizing their reach across the country. The Jobvite Platform allowed AccentCare to customize their recruiting workflows, making the process more efficient and tailored to their needs. The platform also provided deep data insights and analytics, enabling AccentCare to create customized reports and improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of their recruiting programs.

Hospital Inventory Management
The hospital supply chain team is responsible for ensuring that the right medical supplies are readily available to clinicians when and where needed, and to do so in the most efficient manner possible. However, many of the systems and processes in use at the cancer center for supply chain management were not best suited to support these goals. Barcoding technology, a commonly used method for inventory management of medical supplies, is labor intensive, time consuming, does not provide real-time visibility into inventory levels and can be prone to error. Storage of supplies was also a key consideration given the location of the cancer center’s facilities in a dense urban setting, where space is always at a premium. In order to address the challenges outlined above, the hospital sought a solution that would provide real-time inventory information with high levels of accuracy, reduce the level of manual effort required and enable data driven decision making to ensure that the right supplies were readily available to clinicians in the right location at the right time.
