About The Customer
Mealfu's customers are primarily meal prep subscription services like Blue Apron and HelloFresh. These businesses require a platform that can cater to their unique needs of selling meal subscriptions online. They need a tool that simplifies the online ordering experience for their customers and streamlines the end-to-end logistics of fulfilling meal subscriptions. Mealfu also serves the delivery drivers associated with these businesses by providing features that help reduce drive time and gas use. Despite being in the pre-release stage, Mealfu has already garnered interest from nearly 30 businesses and has a number of happy customers.
The Challenge
The challenge faced by many meal prep subscription services like Blue Apron and HelloFresh is the lack of eCommerce platforms that cater to their unique needs. Existing platforms such as WIX, Shopify, or Weebly are not designed to support the specific requirements of selling meal prep subscriptions online. This results in businesses wasting time and money using tools that complicate the online ordering experience. The end-to-end logistics of fulfilling meal subscriptions also become a challenge due to the lack of suitable tools. Additionally, the process of setting up meal plans, pricing, order deadlines, and monitoring orders, deliveries, and revenue figures is often cumbersome and inefficient.
The Solution
Mealfu, developed by Andrew Agostini, is an app designed to simplify the customer’s check out experience and the end-to-end logistics of fulfilling meal subscriptions. The app works with delivery drivers, business owners, and their customers. Owners can use a private dashboard to configure meal plans, pricing, order deadlines, and monitor orders, deliveries, and revenue figures. Customers can create an account and order a week’s worth of meals in less than 2 minutes. To assist delivery drivers, a feature is being developed to reduce drive time and gas use by up to 40%. The app was built on Bubble, a no-code tool, which allowed for quick and cost-effective development.

Airport SCADA Systems Improve Service Levels
Modern airports are one of the busiest environments on Earth and rely on process automation equipment to ensure service operators achieve their KPIs. Increasingly airport SCADA systems are being used to control all aspects of the operation and associated facilities. This is because unplanned system downtime can cost dearly, both in terms of reduced revenues and the associated loss of customer satisfaction due to inevitable travel inconvenience and disruption.

Vehicle Fleet Analytics
Organizations frequently implement a maintenance strategy for their fleets of vehicles using a combination of time and usage based maintenance schedules. While effective as a whole, time and usage based schedules do not take into account driving patterns, environmental factors, and sensors currently deployed within the vehicle measuring crank voltage, ignition voltage, and acceleration, all of which have a significant influence on the overall health of the vehicle. In a typical fleet, a large percentage of road calls are related to electrical failure, with battery failure being a common cause. Battery failures result in unmet service agreement levels and costly re-adjustment of scheduled to provide replacement vehicles. To reduce the impact of unplanned maintenance, the transportation logistics company was interested in a trial of C3 Vehicle Fleet Analytics.
