The Challenge
Tiny Away, a unique accommodation business founded by three Singapore-based entrepreneurs, faced significant operational challenges as they expanded their collection of tiny homes across Australia. The company, which partners with Australian farmers and landowners to erect luxury tiny homes on underutilized land, saw rapid growth from five to twenty houses in 2018. This expansion led to an increase in incoming messages from potential guests, which became time-consuming to manage manually. Additionally, publishing new properties on various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) became a daunting task, with the team often losing track due to the sheer volume of listings.
The Solution
To streamline their operations and support their ambitious growth goals, Tiny Away started using Guesty, a property management platform, in late 2018. The platform's positive reviews and ongoing communications reassured the Tiny Away team about their decision. Guesty allowed Tiny Away to distribute their listings across different OTAs seamlessly, particularly on Airbnb, where they were most active. This had an immediate impact on business efficiency. Guesty's Unified Inbox became a single platform for communicating with guests from various booking platforms, significantly improving their workflow. Additionally, Tiny Away utilized Guesty's Advanced Analytics feature to gain an overview of their business revenue and statistics, aiding in management decisions.

The Netherlands are well-known for their inland waterways, canals, sluices and of course port activities.
