With over 50 million users worldwide across 34,000 venues, Purple delivers valuable user insights to drive customer and social engagement. The company operates in the technology industry and has a significant global presence. Purple's services are designed to help businesses understand their customers better and engage with them more effectively, using data-driven insights.
The Challenge
Purple, a digital platform for intelligent spaces, was facing a significant challenge in maintaining consistency in their lead follow-up process. With a large influx of leads and a goal of a 5-minute response time, the sales team was struggling to meet this target. The response time was largely dependent on the discipline and discretion of the sales rep, which was not a scalable solution. Purple needed to find a way to follow up with all its leads in a timely manner, without overburdening their sales team or compromising on the quality of their customer engagement.
The Solution
Purple turned to Conversica for a solution to their lead follow-up challenge. Conversica's AI Sales Assistant was integrated into Purple's sales process, creating a hybrid model that combined the efforts of the sales team and the AI assistant. This allowed the sales team to immediately connect with the leads they needed, while also freeing up their time to focus on advancing their pipeline and closing business. The AI Sales Assistant was able to follow up with leads from around the world with prompt, personalized outreach. It also automatically verified and updated contact information, best time to call, and product interest. This integration with Conversica's solution enabled Purple to reach out to every lead in their database and achieve a conversion rate that was not previously possible.

Predictive Maintenance for Industrial Chillers
For global leaders in the industrial chiller manufacturing, reliability of the entire production process is of the utmost importance. Chillers are refrigeration systems that produce ice water to provide cooling for a process or industrial application. One of those leaders sought a way to respond to asset performance issues, even before they occur. The intelligence to guarantee maximum reliability of cooling devices is embedded (pre-alarming). A pre-alarming phase means that the cooling device still works, but symptoms may appear, telling manufacturers that a failure is likely to occur in the near future. Chillers who are not internet connected at that moment, provide little insight in this pre-alarming phase.
