The Challenge
Portacool, a manufacturer and distributor of cooling equipment, was facing challenges in maintaining its aggressive growth trajectory due to its 30-year-old ERP system. The company also needed to import 30 years’ worth of data in a matter of months, making that data accessible, and allowing monthly books to be closed in two days rather than two weeks. The Solution
