Continuum’s Continuity247 platform, a fully-managed solution built specifically to meet the needs of modern MSPs. Karpel began deploying Vault in 2012 to support the growing backup needs of its client base. When Continuum announced the launch of Continuity247, Karpel decided to test it in-house. The platform's features, such as 24x7x365 technical support, customizable retention points, and verification of backups, met both the company’s and their clients’ needs. The increased efficiency and faster restoration times were significant improvements over other BDR solutions.
