The Challenge

The Solution
Enbridge chose Visier People® to scale their people analytics efforts and provide self-serve access to HRBPs through a user-friendly, sharable channel. They launched an initial use case to better understand employee retention, identifying anomalies in different employee segments and targeting higher risk groups like Millennial employees in certain regions. The success of this initial rollout led Enbridge to integrate more data sources into Visier to analyze other workforce issues, especially employee experience. Enbridge also uses a leading employee experience management software to run various surveys, aiming to integrate these feedback channels and operationalize continuous employee listening. The combination of Visier People and the employee experience solution allows Enbridge to see employee experience data in relation to other HR attributes, supporting prioritized improvement efforts.
