The Challenge

They aimed to improve their processing rate and transition from a manual to a 99% automated workflow at the front of the funnel. The goal was to deliver an uninterrupted candidate experience from the moment they apply to the moment they are being interviewed for a specific role. This required integrating various platforms such as Talkpush, Facebook, Workday, and their assessment tool, Aspiring Minds.
The Solution
Concentrix implemented a seamless candidate journey by integrating Talkpush with Facebook, Workday, their main job boards, and their assessment tool, Aspiring Minds. Candidates who pre-qualify are sent a link to the assessment platform by their chatbot, Coco, ensuring maximum completion and conversion rates. This integration has increased the volume of candidates reaching the next step of the application process by 500% year over year. Additionally, Concentrix connected their ATS, Workday, to Talkpush using the Talkpush API. This allowed them to keep all candidate information in both platforms with real-time updates. Evergreen campaigns live on Workday are also on Talkpush with the click of a button, and new candidates from Talkpush bots are automatically added to the Workday system. Concentrix also connected Talkpush to their social media channels to capture sourcing data, promote opportunities, and optimize ad campaigns. Coco, their recruiting digital assistant, has been instrumental in this process, increasing the completion of pre-screening interviews from 35% to 65%.
