If eligible, customers can receive a free six-pack of 9-watt LED light bulbs. This approach eliminates the need for credit card information or upfront shipping costs, which can be barriers for underbanked customers. The Offer Center aims to create a frictionless and effortless customer experience, ensuring that eligible customers can easily access the free products. The real-world impact of these free products is significant, with a family of four with an annual income of $55,500 potentially saving nearly $265 on electric bills over the product's lifetime by replacing six halogen bulbs with the LED bulbs provided by Evergy’s Offer Center.
