About The Customer
BaubleBar is an online retailer founded in 2011 by Amy Jain and Daniella Yacobovsky. The company was conceived while the founders were at Harvard Business School and has since established itself as a significant player in the fashion jewelry industry. BaubleBar has formed partnerships with traditional brick-and-mortar players like Bloomingdale's, Anthropologie, and Nordstrom. Despite its success in the fashion industry, BaubleBar is fundamentally a technology-driven firm. The company recognized the need to bring in more technical and product talent to support its growth.
The Challenge
BaubleBar, an online retailer, was in a period of rapid growth and urgently needed to hire high-caliber talent to meet its business objectives. The company was relying on a manual and time-consuming method of gathering candidate information, which was proving to be inefficient. The need for a comprehensive sourcing platform with proven ROI was evident. The company was particularly focused on hiring for roles in engineering, product, UX/UI, and digital marketing – positions that are hard to fill and whose ranks are generally already employed. The challenge was to find a solution that could streamline the recruitment process, save time, and reduce costs.
The Solution
BaubleBar turned to Entelo, a recruitment platform, to source high-quality talent while decreasing costs. Entelo provided BaubleBar with the ability to email candidates directly, eliminating the need to search across multiple social media sites for contact information. The platform also enabled BaubleBar to target candidates most likely to be open to new opportunities using Entelo’s More Likely to MoveTM algorithm. Additionally, Entelo's email tools allowed BaubleBar to track responses and engagement, leading to the cancellation of their Sidekick by HubSpot subscription. Furthermore, Entelo's Sonar tool provided curated candidates, saving the company additional time in sourcing potential hires. The company also benefited from the dedicated customer success managers provided by Entelo, who assisted with all aspects of recruiting.

Predictive Maintenance for Industrial Chillers
For global leaders in the industrial chiller manufacturing, reliability of the entire production process is of the utmost importance. Chillers are refrigeration systems that produce ice water to provide cooling for a process or industrial application. One of those leaders sought a way to respond to asset performance issues, even before they occur. The intelligence to guarantee maximum reliability of cooling devices is embedded (pre-alarming). A pre-alarming phase means that the cooling device still works, but symptoms may appear, telling manufacturers that a failure is likely to occur in the near future. Chillers who are not internet connected at that moment, provide little insight in this pre-alarming phase.
