About The Customer

PXS School of Excellence is a prestigious institution established in 2004 by Edwin Garro. The school is part of PXS Global, a renowned Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Excellence consultancy. The school was created to certify more engineers in the prestigious Lean Six Sigma program across Latin America and other grand certifications. The school offers more than 70 certification programs and aims to help professionals around the world gain international recognition from employers and move their careers forward by acquiring knowledge from top experts in Lean Manufacturing.

The Challenge

PXS School of Excellence, established in 2004, was promoting its Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing, Shingo, Advanced Excel, and other certification programs using boosted and organic posts on Facebook. While this approach yielded good results, the company recognized the potential for improvement. They needed a more strategic and cost-efficient method to generate interest and leads for their programs in Latin America. The goal was to reach more potential students, increase interest in its online certification programs for high-end engineers and management experts, and generate more qualified leads. The challenge was to reimagine their social media identity, target Facebook ads more effectively, automate the lead qualification process, and capture organic interest more efficiently.

The Solution

PXS School of Excellence partnered with TBS Marketing to overhaul their social media identity, leading to an 850% increase in organic engagement on their Facebook Business Page. They used ManyChat to target lookalike audiences based on their existing customers, allowing Facebook to deliver ads to new people likely to be interested in the programs. To streamline the lead qualification process, TBS Marketing created a Messenger experience to collect lead information and qualify them for the program based on certifications received in the school. They also used ManyChat’s Facebook Comments Growth Tool to follow-up with interested people from organic posts and qualified them through the first message. This approach allowed PXS to go 100% digital and offer its renowned courses across Spanish speaking countries, reaching and educating more people about the company’s online certifications.

Operational Impact
  • The implementation of an automated, Messenger-based lead generation system and targeted Facebook ads significantly improved PXS School of Excellence's operational efficiency. The time spent responding to every email and Facebook comment was significantly reduced, thanks to ManyChat’s Facebook Comments Growth Tool for lead automation. The automated lead qualification process in Messenger also meant that only qualified prospective students were sent to course representatives, saving the company time and resources. The new social media identity helped build brand awareness and recognition, contributing to the overall success of the campaign. The strategy not only scaled with the company as the program gained more recognition but also helped PXS reach its goal of closing the diversity gap in the engineering world.

Quantitative Benefit
  • 10X increase in lead volume in one month

  • 85% reduction in cost per conversion

  • 850% increase in organic engagement on the company’s Facebook Business Page
