The partnership with Nexusguard has provided So-net with access to people, processes, and technology that they could not have obtained otherwise, enabling them to offer DDoS mitigation-as-a-service. The company now has exclusive access to the Provider Portal, which allows them to gain a granular view of network traffic, configure security policies on different network levels, and manage individual customer accounts. The So-net network and sales teams also receive regular comprehensive training to enable them to launch new products and provide post-sales services. Overall, So-net is pleased with the substantially improved visibility and control, as well as the more timely, responsive, and resourceful SOC and technical support provided by the Nexusguard team.
