ROTEX Heating Systems 引入了文档管理系统 (DMS)，以简化和加快内部管理流程。DMS 解决方案直接与 SAP 系统集成，无需任何额外编程。Microsoft SharePoint 公司门户中的集成也是无缝的，并作为发票授权工作流程的基础。各种传入文档（包括提案、订单确认和合同以及传入发票）在中央邮件室使用 Develop ineo 220 多功能单元进行扫描，并以数字方式转发给相关工作人员。甚至通过电子邮件发送的传入应付帐款发票也纳入工作流程。传入发票在 SAP 中被捕获并自动编入索引，然后存档在中央文档池中。对于发票验证，设置了一个额外的工作流程：一旦发票数字化，就会立即在 SharePoint 中启动新的授权流程。负责受影响成本中心的经理会收到一封电子邮件，其中包含发票链接，然后可以通过 DocuWare 打开以供查看。
