挑战
2011年，学校所在地区遭受了东北地震和海啸的袭击。其中生命和财产损失最严重的是诺比鲁（Nobiru），这个曾经美丽的郊区几乎被完全摧毁。学校的重建有助于提高社区的士气，为当地儿童创造美好的未来。所选择的地点覆盖着茂密的、被忽视的树木、灌木丛和灌木丛，并已变成一片光线充足且多样化的林地。
解决方案
使用 BIM（建筑信息模型），建筑师能够向社区传达设计意图。他们通过模拟向利益相关者展示了建筑物的外观以及阳光如何透过窗户照射。 BIMx 是一种设计迭代工具，允许木匠、建筑商和建筑经理在施工前检查模型和空间是否存在潜在问题和疑虑。
