They needed custom and personalized reporting solutions that incorporated multi-layer drill downs showcasing revenue, traffic metrics, orders, funnel conversion rates, etc. Part of the solution required integration with various online and third-party data sources for a 360-degree view of the client's business.

Several data sources such as client CRM, web metrics, promotion and product data, and publicly available demographic data were prepared and integrated.
