The integration project was a complex process due to the rigorous requirements of Core Group's supplier for integrating with its systems. However, with Flowgear's in-house expertise in integrating enterprise software, the SYSPRO ERP issues were well understood and the project was properly scoped. The initial integration project successfully delivered on the first set of business priorities. As a result, Core Group is now successfully integrating with its international supplier and is considering broadening its integration capability. The success of the project has opened up possibilities for other projects that had been previously discussed.
