The migration of PredictX's existing Vector database to the Actian Data Platform allowed them to preserve existing business logic and code while still providing a cloud-based solution to customers. This not only saved them a significant amount of time that would have been spent re-writing and re-coding operations, but also improved the performance of their platform. Furthermore, the Actian Data Platform's ability to easily connect to the tracking systems where the client’s EGS data existed and the AI and predictive analytics tools that PredictX had been running on Vector meant that there were no major modifications needed. This resulted in a seamless transition to a cloud-based solution that met and exceeded the client's expectations.

PredictX showed a performance improvement running its platform in the cloud.
PredictX anticipated that it would be 6 or 7 months before the client would be able to conduct any user acceptance tests. However, the migration and configuration was straightforward and their customer was able to access the UAT environment in just 3 months.
