The company wanted to move away from paper-based processes and adopt a more efficient system. The challenge was to find a solution that would be embraced by the employees and would improve the efficiency of their operations.

C.A. Hull implemented B2W Software's ONE (Operational Networked Elements) Platform, which includes B2W Estimate, B2W Track, B2W Maintain, and B2W Dispatch. These tools allowed the company to leverage a single operational database and data entry point, improving efficiency by eliminating inaccurate data collection and providing real-time data for better decision making. B2W Estimate helped standardize the entire estimating process and allowed data to be integrated directly into the Viewpoint accounting system for job budgeting. B2W Track provided daily reports covering equipment hours and labor production quantities, and enabled the establishment of consistent units of measurement. B2W Maintain was used daily to manage equipment repair requests, preventive maintenance, and the scheduling of work orders. B2W Dispatch allowed jobs to be viewed via a central, online job board, enabling management and field personnel to see equipment and material requests as well as availability and location.
