• The implementation of TIBCO Jaspersoft® embedded BI and the move to Amazon Web Services (AWS) has resulted in significant operational improvements for Bigmate. The company has been able to retain customers at a very high rate because it can now solve problems that it previously couldn't. For example, Bigmate addressed the issue of lost shopping carts, a $10 million/year problem for retailers, by adding sensors to carts to track their whereabouts. Now retailers know when carts are moved outside of their perimeter and can reclaim them to avoid a fine. This is just one example of how Bigmate's platform has been able to provide innovative solutions to problems that were not possible before.
