JW Flooring is a full-service flooring company headquartered in San Diego. The company operates in San Diego County with additional facilities and licensing in California, Nevada, and Utah. They manage a fleet of 50 vehicles, which are used for various operations within the company. The company was previously using a competing fleet tracking software, but faced challenges in terms of cost, usability, and support. They were looking for a solution that could provide better features at a lower cost, and help them improve their fleet management and driver behavior.

JW Flooring, a full-service flooring company, was facing several challenges with their existing fleet tracking software. The high cost of the software meant that only half of their fleet of 50 vehicles was being tracked, making it difficult to verify stops and monitor customer service. The company was also struggling with decreasing unsafe driving behaviors among many aggressive fleet drivers. Furthermore, they were having difficulty using the competing fleet tracking software and getting the support they needed to get a return on investment.

To address these challenges, JW Flooring switched to Azuga’s customer-oriented, easy-to-use fleet tracking service. The lower price and better features of Azuga's solution allowed JW Flooring to scale up the solution to cover their whole fleet. To improve driving behavior, JW Flooring employed Azuga’s Mobile App, Driver Scorecards, and a driver rewards program. The mobile app provided real-time tracking of vehicles, while the driver scorecards provided insights into each driver's performance. The driver rewards program incentivized safer driving behaviors, leading to a decrease in aggressive driving.
