UCF utilizes AMP Property Risk Management software from AssetWorks to manage its assets and risks. The software is user-friendly and intuitive, designed based on decades of experience in the property insurance appraisal industry. It incorporates ideas for features and design from risk managers, brokers, and other experts from across the country. The 'Building Attributes' feature in AMP allows UCF to store and manage detailed information related to its buildings, from basics like location, building use, and construction class, to more complex information like COPE and CAT modeling data. This information helps UCF secure more favorable ratings and make informed decisions about its property portfolio.
