In 2015, the Planning department, in conjunction with the Information Technology department, decided to invest in solutions that would allow for a more dynamic form of management. The company faced challenges in managing and standardizing information across its various business units, which included Chemical-Mechanical Paste, Forestry, Timber, Paper, Packaging, and Electrical Energy sectors.
