About The Customer
Velosio is a leading provider of licensing, implementation, consulting, and support for cloud-based and on-premise software solutions. With over 30 years of experience, the company has been recognized by Microsoft as a Top 1% performing partner worldwide and by NetSuite as a leading solutions provider. Velosio serves a wide range of industries, including distribution, manufacturing, technology, services, and non-profit companies. The company has built a micro-vertical practice around restaurant equipment distribution companies and has developed a unique solution to integrate and automate business processes between AutoQuotes and NetSuite.
The Challenge
Velosio, a leading provider of ERP, CRM, Cloud productivity, and business intelligence solutions, faced a significant challenge in servicing restaurant equipment distribution companies. The company had developed a unique solution to integrate and automate business processes between AutoQuotes, a dominant Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ) tool in the industry, and NetSuite. However, the initial design and deployment of this solution, which was based on SQL Server and used NetSuite APIs and temporary SQL tables to store data, proved to be time-consuming and complex. When Velosio tried to redeploy the solution, they found it challenging and more time-consuming than desired. It also required the client to license and run a local server, which was a problem for clients without an IT team or SQL Server licenses and servers. Velosio realized that they needed to rethink the core architecture and technology stack to rapidly deploy and support additional clients.
The Solution
Velosio decided to use the Celigo platform to build a new version of their integration, leveraging their existing relationship and familiarity with Celigo. The team was able to rebuild the application from the bottom-up with significantly fewer technical resources than the original application required. This was partly due to the capabilities of the Celigo platform and the expertise of the Velosio team. The team was able to quickly learn the platform and get assistance for complex tasks, which allowed them to develop faster and spend more time adding desired features to extend the integration. With the new solution, Velosio was able to build specific automation native to NetSuite and achieve rapid deployment. The Celigo platform enabled them to quickly execute their vision and optimize and automate client processes.

Predictive Maintenance for Industrial Chillers
For global leaders in the industrial chiller manufacturing, reliability of the entire production process is of the utmost importance. Chillers are refrigeration systems that produce ice water to provide cooling for a process or industrial application. One of those leaders sought a way to respond to asset performance issues, even before they occur. The intelligence to guarantee maximum reliability of cooling devices is embedded (pre-alarming). A pre-alarming phase means that the cooling device still works, but symptoms may appear, telling manufacturers that a failure is likely to occur in the near future. Chillers who are not internet connected at that moment, provide little insight in this pre-alarming phase.
