About The Customer
UserLoop is a brand that allows other brands to create and send surveys to their customers via email. The founder, James Devonport, is a product manager by profession and has been building apps on Bubble since 2017. He has built several apps that have been acquired and is hoping to make UserLoop his full-time SaaS project in 2021. UserLoop has just launched publicly and has started to get its first customers. James is targeting $10k MRR by the end of the year.
The Challenge
UserLoop, a brand that allows other brands to create and send surveys to their customers via email, was faced with the challenge of building a powerful SaaS application without the need for a development team. The founder, James Devonport, a product manager by profession, had been building apps on Bubble since 2017. He wanted to bring his app ideas to life himself, without having to rely on a development team. This was a significant challenge as it required a platform that was not only powerful but also user-friendly and cost-effective. Additionally, the platform needed to be able to handle the technical infrastructure, allowing James to focus on iterating features based on customer feedback.
The Solution
James chose Bubble, a no-code platform, to build UserLoop. Bubble gave him the power to build a powerful SaaS app quickly and without the need for a development team. It also took care of the technical infrastructure, allowing James to focus on iterating features based on customer feedback. UserLoop offers one-click customer satisfaction surveys, with easy to understand CSAT dashboards and analytics. The surveys are fully customizable, allowing users to add their own questions, logos, and even reaction emojis. UserLoop then sends the survey to customers and collects responses, delivering them in real time to Slack and analytics dashboards. James is currently working on native Zapier and Shopify integrations to allow customers to automatically send surveys from those platforms.
Operational Impact
  • The use of Bubble as a no-code platform has been a game changer for UserLoop. It has allowed the founder, James, to bring his app ideas to life himself, without having to rely on a development team. This has not only saved him hundreds of thousands of dollars but has also given him the freedom to iterate on features based on customer feedback. The platform has also taken care of the technical infrastructure, allowing James to focus on the core aspects of his business. UserLoop has just launched publicly and has started to get its first customers. The feedback so far has been fantastic, and James is excited about building UserLoop in 2021.
Quantitative Benefit
  • Saved hundreds of thousands of dollars by building apps on Bubble rather than hiring a development team.
  • Targeting $10k MRR by the end of the year.
  • Several of James's apps have been acquired.
