About The Customer
The Tiradentes Group manages Universidade Tiradentes, Centro Universitário Tiradentes (Maceió/AL), Faculdade Integrada de Pernambuco (Recife/PE) and Faculdade Tiradentes (Jaboatão dos Guararapes/PE). The Challenge
UNIT needed to automate and enhance management and traceability of building and property maintenance, which was done by opening calls with the Shared Services Center or CSC.
The Solution
To meet this demand, UNIT implemented an Asset Management Process, automated through SoftExpert Solution EAM, an enterprise asset management solution, using the Process, Form, Incident, Asset and Maintenance, Request and Documents modules. This fulfills its needs for Physical Location-based Asset Control, Corrective Maintenance Requests through the Process flow, Management of asset movements between different locations with the authority of the person responsible for the process of sending, acceptance and receipt, as well as Scheduling of Maintenance, automated Mailing of Notices and Publication of Final SO Reports generated by activities.
