The Challenge

Each new customer added to the company's data management and protection burden, creating a snowball effect. This growth necessitated an increase in data centre resources, which in turn required additional funding, time, and effort. The company's IT director, Lee Angell, recognized the need to explore new infrastructure options, specifically cloud for application hosting and data protection, that would better align with Trinity's objectives.
The Solution
Trinity Fire & Security Systems selected 11:11 Systems for their cloud transformation. The 11:11 strategy is centered around steps to plan, predict, migrate, optimize, and protect, honing in on each customer's requirements. The 11:11 Secure Cloud solution was designed to address the most common challenges associated with cloud adoption, eliminating customer compromises. This solution was a perfect fit for Trinity, providing what the company needed to satisfy its IT and business requirements. The Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) allowed Trinity's IT team to shift their focus to innovating and maintaining applications rather than working with servers and storage. The elimination of managing their own infrastructure allowed Trinity to save money, while also providing the agility needed to work on innovation projects that would ultimately help grow the business.
