The personalized product recommendations provided by the chatbots can significantly shorten the product research journey from two weeks to under five minutes. BFore was built on Bubble, a no-code visual web editor, which allowed the product managers to work directly with the technology. This enabled them to learn from user interactions and make changes quickly, thereby improving the user experience and reducing the time to market.
