The Challenge
Pilot Brands faced a significant challenge with their outdated accounting package, which was no longer meeting their needs. The Solution
To address their operational challenges, Pilot Brands decided to implement an ERP solution. After extensive reviews, they chose SYSPRO ERP for its real-time integrated nature and customization capabilities. The SYSPRO e.net solutions and associated Business Components allowed Pilot Brands to tailor the software to meet the specific demands of the food service industry. The system was purchased from SYSPRO reseller S2 Solutions and implemented on Microsoft XP. The new ERP system provided tight real-time integration of sales orders and remote location inventory, improving order fulfillment and invoicing processes. Additionally, the custom-designed Warehouse Management System, developed by S2 Solutions, utilized portable scanners to enhance inventory tracking and expedite customer shipments.

Moxa was asked to provide a connectivity solution for one of the world's leading cosmetics companies. This multinational corporation, with retail presence in 130 countries, 23 global braches, and over 66,000 employees, sought to improve the efficiency of their production process by migrating from manual monitoring to an automatic productivity monitoring system.
