The Challenge
Speedway, the nation’s second largest company-owned and operated convenience store chain, was facing a unique challenge in its recruitment process. Despite having high traffic on their job boards and website, some locations were struggling to fill positions, indicating a low application completion rate. On the other hand, some locations were overwhelmed with too many applications, making it difficult to manage with a decentralized recruiting system. The Solution
