The sales team at Resolvit also required Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities to streamline their operations. The company was in dire need of an improved platform that was intuitive, easy-to-use, allowed users to ramp up quickly, offered a variety of customizations, provided CRM capabilities, and improved database organization and sourcing capabilities.
The Solution
After evaluating several tools, Resolvit leadership decided on Bullhorn as the ideal solution to meet their needs. Bullhorn was implemented in April 2014, leading to immediate improvements in day-to-day operations. In September 2014, Resolvit further enhanced their user experience by implementing Ebsta, a tool recommended by a Bullhorn representative. Ebsta expedited sourcing and cleaned up the candidate database by immediately determining which candidates were already in Bullhorn and automatically parsing those that weren't. This allowed Resolvit to streamline sourcing processes and clean up their candidate data, avoiding duplicate entries and highlighting existing candidates within their vast database.

The use of Ebsta has not only helped avoid duplicate entries but also highlighted existing candidates within the vast database, leading to a cleaner, less cluttered database. This has resulted in more quality candidate uploads and saved hours in a day by stopping redundant activities and saving time on clicks. The saved time has been better utilized for additional sourcing, making calls, and making additional placements. The ease of sourcing with Ebsta has also led to a significant increase in outgoing calls made by recruiters, leading to an increase in placements and revenue.
