About The Customer
ReThink Recruitment is a branch of The ReThink Group, a provider of resourcing solutions and recruitment to the IT industry. The company, formed in 2005, has been recognized as the best IT recruitment agency in 2007 and has continued to grow since then. With a team of 150 staff who are all shareholders in the company, ReThink Recruitment operates in the business and technology sectors across the UK and Dubai. The company is known for its professional and effective service to clients and candidates.
The Challenge
ReThink Recruitment, a rapidly growing IT recruitment agency, was facing challenges with its existing customer relationship management (CRM) and email solution. The system was not able to effectively track communications between recruiters and candidates, leading to performance issues. The company's Operations Director, Tim Jacob, was in search of a more reliable and intuitive solution that could integrate with existing ReThink business applications and software in both front and back office. Additionally, the company needed a system that allowed employees to work remotely without any loss in productivity. The solution also needed to be highly scalable to accommodate the company's expansion plans without adding to the cost and complexity.
The Solution
ReThink Recruitment identified that a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution could meet many of their requirements. This solution could be accessed via an internet browser, allowing employees to work from anywhere with an internet connection. It also facilitated the quick and easy addition of new users. With a SaaS solution, the back office IT would be managed by the service provider, reducing the need for in-house IT resources. ReThink was also attracted by the range of software available on the Bullhorn Marketplace, including job posting and candidate search from Broadbean, a provider they had previously had success with. Once a third-party software solution is fully verified by Bullhorn and made available in the Marketplace, it can be seamlessly integrated into the Bullhorn platform.
