The Challenge
ReThink Recruitment, a rapidly growing IT recruitment agency, was facing challenges with its existing customer relationship management (CRM) and email solution. The system was not able to effectively track communications between recruiters and candidates, leading to performance issues. The company's Operations Director, Tim Jacob, was in search of a more reliable and intuitive solution that could integrate with existing ReThink business applications and software in both front and back office. Additionally, the company needed a system that allowed employees to work remotely without any loss in productivity. The Solution
