The company also needed to centrally maintain all relevant documentation to facilitate the consolidation of information, ease of sharing information, and make the most up-to-date information available for each user, all within a single system. The Challenge
PostLinx was aiming to attain ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification in a timely manner and sustain the certification thereafter. The company wanted to effectively track and report nonconformances and ensure all nonconformances/corrective actions were adequately managed. They also needed to centrally maintain all relevant documentation to facilitate the consolidation of information, ease of sharing information, and make the most up-to-date information available for each user, all within a single system.
The Solution
PostLinx implemented the Intelex Quality Management System with a special focus on Nonconformance, Corrective/Preventative Actions, and Document Control. They are currently managing more than 200 documents in Document Control. Intelex’s knowledgeable technical support facilitated seamless implementation of the system. Effective on-site training by Intelex staff enabled rapid deployment and usage of the solution by approximately 40 users at Postlinx.

Refrigeration towers, boilers and wastewater are monitored by ALERT. Eli Lilly identified 15000 potential variables, but limitations compelled them to chisel the variable list down to 300. This allowed all major alarms to be covered including pressure, discharge, quantity of waste water discharged,temperature, carbon dioxide content, oxygen & sulphur content, and the water’s pH.
