The Challenge
Due to the sovereign debt crisis, Novo Banco acquired a large volume of real estate assets. Managing these assets was challenging as field sales managers had to use multiple tools to access pictures, details, and financial data. This fragmented approach was inefficient and time-consuming, necessitating a more streamlined and centralized solution.
The Solution
Novo Banco collaborated with MicroStrategy to develop a Transaction Services app. This mobile app allows managers to monitor and interact with real estate assets, providing a centralized platform for various tasks. The app includes features like a portfolio section, contact management, scheduling, workflow management, and dashboards. It enables managers to create new contacts, schedule tasks, provide meeting feedback, and present proposals for approval. The app's photo widget allows browsing property pictures on a mobile tablet, enhancing mobility and efficiency.
