The Challenge

The dashboard and associated analytics are available to all FPA physicians, allowing for greater inclusion of physicians in the business of clinical practice and enhancing performance. The FPA Dashboard also helps Mount Sinai uncover the root causes of issues and instigate targeted improvement initiatives.
