The Challenge
Sysco, a global leader in food product distribution, was seeking a way to train new users and refresh experienced users on key topics in a fast and flexible manner. The company wanted to prepare new staff for certification courses in advance and improve knowledge of solution features for better results. Sysco operates in a complex environment, purchasing, storing, and delivering products from the frozen, refrigerated, and ambient environment from/to more than 161 warehouses across the U.S. and Canada. The Solution
