About The Customer
Integratis is a UK-based consultancy that has been delivering tailored solutions in strategy development and business planning to their private, public, and third sector clients since 2014. The company is rapidly growing in a constantly changing market and is committed to their core value of data-led decision making. The founder, Neil Ross, has over 25 years of experience in leadership and change management and identified a need for a more data-driven approach in decision making. The company serves its customers with a commitment to delve deeper and ask more questions to develop understanding and reveal meaningful insights.
The Challenge
UK-based consultancy Integratis, which provides tailored solutions in strategy development and business planning to private, public, and third sector clients, was facing challenges in optimizing data in the highly scrutinized environments of public and third sector organizations. The company was growing rapidly and needed to strengthen and differentiate their customer offerings while maintaining their core value of data-led decision making. As the business grew, so did the need for integration with multiple systems and applications. The team at Integratis was becoming increasingly frustrated with the limited capabilities of Microsoft Access and Excel, and the lack of consistency this offered when collaborating across teams. They needed a system that would allow them to collaborate effectively with full traceability at every step, especially in the public sector where transparency is crucial due to stringent and often unpredictable auditing demands.
The Solution
Integratis implemented the Alteryx Analytic Process Automation Platform to meet their growing needs. The Alteryx team worked with Integratis on three proof-of-concept exercises, including benchmarking, financial modelling, and time/series forecasting to test the platform. The Alteryx APA Platform provided the ability to demonstrate the efficacy of an approach with built-in documentation at each stage of a process or workflow. It also allowed Integratis to predict and model multiple potential outcomes, helping their clients plan more effectively. For instance, they used Alteryx to predict business interruption scenarios for insurance claim documentation, deliver a holistic recommendation for real estate acquisition, and unlock socio-economic insights for children’s sports. The platform's ability to integrate with numerous technologies and develop models to predict crucial outcomes amidst uncertainty were key reasons for its selection.

Integral Plant Maintenance
Mercedes-Benz and his partner GAZ chose Siemens to be its maintenance partner at a new engine plant in Yaroslavl, Russia. The new plant offers a capacity to manufacture diesel engines for the Russian market, for locally produced Sprinter Classic. In addition to engines for the local market, the Yaroslavl plant will also produce spare parts. Mercedes-Benz Russia and his partner needed a service partner in order to ensure the operation of these lines in a maintenance partnership arrangement. The challenges included coordinating the entire maintenance management operation, in particular inspections, corrective and predictive maintenance activities, and the optimizing spare parts management. Siemens developed a customized maintenance solution that includes all electronic and mechanical maintenance activities (Integral Plant Maintenance).
